Established in 2001, Nanjing Shenghuo New Cement Technology and Engineering Co., Ltd. was invested and set up by Kong Xuebiao, the original director of Technical Development Department of Nanjing Cement Industrial Design and Research Institute and other technical personnel together with China Material Handan Installation Company, a high-tech company engaged in application and extension of new techniques, research and development of new technology, engineering design and production and distribution of proprietary equipment for cement industry.

     As the original director of Technical Development Department of Nanjing Cement Industrial Design and Research Institute, Kong Xuebiao is the technical principal of our company and a leader pioneered in the development of domestic large preheater and precalciner and large grate cooler (4000t/d, for Huaihai Cement Plant), who has ever presided over the improvement and verification for the important plans of preheater, precalciner and grate cooler of Nanjing Cement Industrial Design and Research Institute many times. He was the design director of many production lines such as Tongling Conch 10,000t/d and accumulated a lot of experience in development designing manufacture and commissioning for main equipment of large and medium-sized precalciner kiln systems. Besides, he is also a main leader among the earliest ones who were working on “the 7^th Five Year Plan ” key task of China—technical research and development of cement kiln burners. As hundreds of cement kiln multiple-channel burners invented and designed by him have been applied in many large and medium-sized cement plants successfully, he successively won many titles of honour, such as national “Science and Technology Advancement Prize”, national “Young and Middle-aged Expert with Prominent Contribution”,  “the State Council Special Government Allowance” and “Jiangsu People’s Deputy”.

     The company is located next to the National Large-sized Design Institute with good professional resources and human resources available. Many professional skilled personnel from some large cement enterprises like Jidong Cement Group, Shandong Cement Group, Julong Cement Group and etc. of the company participated in the construction and commissioning of many 5000, 3000 and 2500 production lines as well as the conversion of many existing production lines and reformation program for  exhaust heat power generation. As the manufacturing principal of our company, Zhao Xifang is the original production plant director of the stated-owned large Nanjing Light Industrial Machinery Group with rich experience in mechanical design and manufacture as well as the manufacture, installation and commissioning of many sets of cement equipment.

     The company is a multifunctional scientific and technology company with systematic service, integrating technical research and development, engineering design, technical consultation and equipment manufacture and installation; the branches of the company includes Nanjing Nengxiao New Cement Technology and Engineering Co., Ltd., Nanjing Shenghuo Portland Scientific and Technology Co., Ltd. (managing China Cement Technology Network), Nanjing Shenghuo Jiangning United Manufacture Plant (responsible for large proprietary equipment processing including preheater, preheater tower, grate cooler and etc.) and Nanjing Shenghuo Pukou Processing Plant (responsible for processing of burner).

     The headquarters of the company is located next to the Yangtze River near Nanjing Olympic Sports Center , including  engineering department (responsible for technical research and development as well as engineering design), marketing department (market development, market service, system commissioning service), financial department, company office and etc.

Located in Nanjing Pukou Zhujiang Industrial Park and occupying 53 acres, Nanjing Shenghuo Processing Plant can process several large equipment simultaneously, which is a special manufacturing plant for large equipment including preheater, preheater tower, grate cooler and etc.
